Rights Management

Using the BTS application broadcasters can maximize the commercial value of their rights whilst ensuring that licensing terms and regulatory constraints are not violated.

Rights are captured and enforced by the system, and programmes are validated at the time of scheduling against the licensing constraints. To permit a program to be scheduled, these rights must be valid for the station and period; and the download of the schedule may be prevented to avoid a breach of agreed licensing terms.
