VICELAND – the new TV channel from VICE, VICELAND has implemented a Channel Management system from Broadcast Traffic Systems (BTS) to assist in the management of the UK launch of the channel on Sky, the first Vice TV channel to launch in Europe. The BTS software will be used to manage a Programme Archive and both Linear and VOD scheduling.
Launched at IBC in Amsterdam, ESSENTIALS is a product designed for the smaller broadcaster who needs a Channel Management system that is both simple and inexpensive to operate. It can be installed on-premises or fully hosted by BTS on Azure or AWS.
Fiji Television (www.fijitv.com.fj) has ordered an upgrade to its existing BTS application, which will involve the implementation of the BTS Enterprise system.
BTS has received an order from Viacom to replace its existing BTS software with a new application.
StarHub have ordered an upgrade to the latest version of the BTS Enterprise application to manage its growing channel portfolio.
Setanta Sports TV has joined the increasing number of broadcasters implementing traffic management software from Broadcast Traffic Systems (BTS). The Dublin-based broadcaster has chosen BTS Enterprise to handle both Channel Management and Advertisement Sales operations on Setanta’s Sports Network.
Discovery Channel (Italia) has selected the BTS Enterprise application to manage its advertising sales operations in Italy.
MTV Italy has implemented the BTS Enterprise system to manage its advertising sales operations, the system has been installed in the broadcasters’ offices in Milan.
